East Clear Creek is a great little stream as long as there is enough water to keep it flowing (changes yearly). To access this stream go north on SR87 to Blue Ridge Ranger Station, and turn east just past station on FS 95. Stay on that route to the bottom of the canyon (Barbershop canyon), where the road crosses the creek at the bridge. It is best fished by walking up or down stream and fishing the deep holes. The road into the stream is gravel, rough, and very steep going down into the canyon.
